The list is otherwise refreshed on the sidecar’s own clock — every 24 hours by default — so the hour a release is published is the hour the picker is guaranteed to be out of date. Accepted and carried out asynchronously; the answer arrives as a newer available.written_at on GET.

Changes nothing about this deployment: no image is installed, no container restarts, and the repository queried is fixed by the host, not by this request.
